As the Brake Room owners, our interest in cars began early in life when our fathers
(who are brothers) and our uncle (owner of former Farabee Machine and Parts in
Greensboro) would drive us to the “shop” and then meander through car lots on Sunday
mornings, sharing their passion for everything automotive.
We willingly inherited that affection for everything automotive passed on to us by our
fathers and uncle when we were young. Those Sunday drives made a lasting
impression and the cars we love today connect us to our family roots and happy, early
memories. We continue to find joy in choosing a car that reflects our personal style and
the freedoms that come with a great Sunday drive in a car that we love. We hope to
share that feeling of family, style and freedom with our members.
